Kunsten er ikke et supplement til livet, men en måde at forstå fortiden, samtiden og de fortællinger, vi lever i.
Min indgang til kunsten begyndte i litteraturvidenskaben, og jeg har altid været optaget af, hvordan kunst afspejler og former samfundets strømninger – både historisk og i vores egen tid.
Jeg arbejder med kunstformidling i feltet mellem værk, kontekst og offentlighed. For mig handler formidling ikke blot om at forklare et værk, men om at åbne det: skabe forbindelser mellem kunstneriske intentioner, kulturelle strømninger og de mennesker, der møder kunsten. Med erfaring fra både kunstproduktion, udstillingsarbejde og kommunikation har jeg indsigt i hele kunstens kredsløb – fra atelier til publikum.

Art is not a supplement to life, but a way of understanding the past, the present, and the narratives we live by.
My engagement with art began in literary studies, and I have always been interested in how art both reflects and shapes societal currents – historically as well as in our own time.
I work with art mediation in the space between artwork, context, and public. For me, mediation is not simply about explaining a work, but about opening it up: creating connections between artistic intentions, cultural movements, and the people who encounter the art.
With experience in artistic production, exhibition work, and communication, I have insight into the entire circuit of art – from studio to audience.

Min erfaring spænder fra kunstproduktion og research til udstillingsformidling og strategisk kommunikation. Jeg har arbejdet i gallerier og kunstinstitutioner i både Berlin og København og har derigennem opnået indgående indsigt i kunstens kredsløb – fra atelier og idéudvikling til offentlig præsentation.

Studio Olafur Eliasson, Berlin
Hos Studio Olafur Eliasson arbejdede jeg med kommunikation og research i forbindelse med udstillinger og større projekter af Olafur Eliasson.
Jeg var blandt andet involveret i udstillingen Multiple shadow house, som var indvielsesudstillingen på DAC i BLOX i 2018.
Det projekt, jeg arbejdede mest intensivt med, var kommunikationen omkring indvielsen af Fjordenhus i Vejle – et gesamtkunstværk udviklet af Studio Olafur Eliasson i samarbejde med Studio Other Spaces, hvor arkitektur og kunstværker er integreret i én samlet helhed.
MAPS
Som kuratorassistent på udstillingen The Story of Public Art arbejdede jeg med research og koordinering i tæt samarbejde med Suzanne Lacy i forbindelse med realiseringen af hendes værk Auto on the Edge: Doing Time Revisited, 1994 / 2025.
Mit arbejde omfattede blandt andet omfattende research på bilkirkegårde, hvor jeg identificerede og lokaliserede den bil, der blev en central del af værket. Processen krævede både praktisk koordinering, vedholdende research og forståelse for værkets historiske og konceptuelle dimension.
Creator Projects
Som kommunikationsansvarlig i Creator Projects arbejdede jeg med strategisk formidling og planlægning i forbindelse med offentlige kunstprojekter, herunder indvielsen af Alicja Kwades værk Matter of Void i Horsens.
Her arbejdede jeg i krydsfeltet mellem kunstner, institution og offentlighed med fokus på at skabe en klar og sammenhængende formidling af værkets idé og betydning.
Parallelt med mit arbejde i kunstfeltet har jeg formidlet samtidskunst og offentlig kunst gennem artikler og foredrag med fokus på kunstens æstetiske og samfundsmæssige betydning. Find links nederst på siden.

My experience ranges from artistic production and research to exhibition mediation and strategic communication. I have worked in galleries and art institutions in both Berlin and Copenhagen, gaining in-depth insight into the entire circuit of art – from studio and conceptual development to public presentation.
Below is a selection of projects I have been involved in.
Studio Olafur Eliasson, Berlin
At Studio Olafur Eliasson, I worked with communication and research in connection with exhibitions and larger-scale projects by Olafur Eliasson.
I was, among other things, involved in the exhibition Multiple shadow house, which inaugurated DAC in BLOX in 2018.
The project I worked most intensively on was the communication surrounding the inauguration of Fjordenhus in Vejle – a gesamtkunstwerk developed by Studio Olafur Eliasson in collaboration with Studio Other Spaces, integrating architecture and artworks into one cohesive whole.
MAPS
As curatorial assistant on the exhibition The Story of Public Art, I worked with research and coordination in close collaboration with Suzanne Lacy in connection with the realization of her work Auto on the Edge: Doing Time Revisited, 1994 / 2025.
My role included extensive research at car scrapyards, where I identified and sourced the vehicle that became a central component of the artwork. The process required practical coordination, persistent research, and a strong understanding of the work’s historical and conceptual dimensions.
Creator Projects
As Head of Communications at Creator Projects, I worked with strategic communication and planning in relation to public art projects, including the inauguration of Alicja Kwade’s work Matter of Void in Horsens.
In this role, I operated at the intersection of artist, institution, and public, focusing on developing clear and coherent communication of the work’s concept and significance.
Parallel to my work in the art field, I have communicated contemporary art and public art through articles and lectures focusing on the aesthetic and societal significance of art. Links can be found at the bottom of the page.
